Callout:
At teatime this evening we were called out by South Wales Police : Heddlu De Cymru to attend BikePark Wales at Merthyr Tydfil to help rescue an injured mountain biker.
As we arrived on scene the gent was being treated by Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust paramedics for his shoulder, spinal and leg injuries and, using our Bell mountain stretcher, we evacuated him to the nearby ambulance.
We extend our best wishes to the gentleman for a full and speedy recovery.
