3 Calls for help. Saturday saw another busy day for the team. Working with all 3 of our police forces ( Dyfed Powys Police South Wales Police : Heddlu De Cymru Gwent Police)
- The 1st call was to assist Gwent Police search for a vulnerable missing male in the Bedwas area. He was located while we were on route.
- Just as our vehicles were arriving back at Dowlais base, we were called to assist Brecon Mountain Rescue Team to a call in the Elan Valley, Our response vehicle had reached Builth Wells when they were stood down.
- The third call came in from South Wales Police at around 1800. With a request for some specialist searching which was best suited to one of the teams search dogs.This was completed successfully concluding another busy day. That takes us to 70 calls for help this year
